RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days from delivery of the products without obligation to provide any reason.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
Products must be returned intact, complete, and in their original packaging.
The refund will be processed within approximately 5 business days from receipt of the returned goods, only if the products are effectively intact, complete, and in their original packaging. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method used.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise indicated by the Seller.
EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- the products have been customized or made to specific Customer requests;
- the bottle has been opened;
- the wine was improperly stored by the Customer after delivery, altering its value.
and to the other cases provided for by Art. 59 of the Consumer Code.
