As a reference, many Feudi whites express themselves best around 10-12 °C: Cutizzi Greco di Tufo DOCG Riserva, for example, is recommended at 10-12 °C, while Serrocielo Falanghina del Sannio DOC at 10 °C. For more structured reds, the temperature rises: Taurasi DOCG and Piano di Montevergine Taurasi DOCG Riserva are recommended at 18 °C. We cultivate our vineyards following sustainable practices, with the aim of producing wines of excellent quality in full respect of the territories to which they belong.
More generally, the vocation that Feudi di San Gregorio and the wineries of the Tenute Capaldo Group share is to enhance the best vineyards in areas with a consolidated winemaking vocation, with particular attention to great native grape varieties and sustainable cultivation practices.
Within the Group, Basilisco, in Vulture, is a managed winery; as is the winemaking project within the Archaeological Park of Pompei.
A native grape variety is a variety of grape historically linked to a specific territory, where it has adapted over time and expresses characteristics that are difficult to replicate elsewhere. The history of Feudi di San Gregorio, which began in 1986 in Irpinia, stems precisely from the desire to enhance great native Campania grape varieties such as Greco, Fiano, and Aglianico. Preserving these varieties means safeguarding the biodiversity, memory, and culture of the territory, while also continuing to study them with a contemporary outlook: it is from this curiosity that projects like FeudiStudi and the work on old vines in Taurasi are born.

The vouchers are sent via email as soon as the order is completed, together with the booking details, or on the date and time indicated during the order process. Vouchers are open-dated and valid for 6 months; they can be used upon booking based on the facility's availability.
