Shipments are carried out by express courier, with shipping costs borne by the Customer as indicated before order confirmation.
For shipments within Italy, delivery is generally guaranteed within 5 working days from the order confirmation date. However, it is not possible to guarantee a specific delivery date or time, as the service is provided by an external supplier. Therefore, the Seller shall not be liable in any way for any delays, failed deliveries, damages, or other consequences relating to the shipping and delivery service, without prejudice to the Seller's willingness to cooperate with the Customer in order to resolve any issues relating to such service.
The delivery times indicated above may also vary during periods of particularly heavy operational activity, such as Black Friday, the Christmas holidays, the week of Ferragosto (the Italian public holiday celebrated on 15 August), as well as in the event of transport strikes, force majeure events, or other circumstances not attributable to the Seller.

Upon shipment, the Customer will receive a communication containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery status directly from the external provider of the shipping and delivery service.
