RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer, pursuant to art. 54 et seq. of the Codice del Consumo where applicable to the case at hand, has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days from the delivery of the Products or from the purchase of the Experiences, without any obligation to provide reasons.
The communication by which the Customer informs the professional of its decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from the Contract, containing the exact indication of the Products, the order number and the purchase invoice or receipt, as well as the product code, must be sent to the address servizioclienti@feudi.it.
EFFECTS OF THE WITHDRAWAL
The Products must be returned by the Customer intact, unused, undamaged, complete and in their original packaging within 14 days from the sending of the aforementioned communication to FEUDI DI SAN GREGORIO C/O CAPALDO SPA, VIA PROVINCIALE 5-7-9, 83030 MANOCALZATI (ITALIA). The shipping and delivery costs shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated by the Seller.
The refund will be carried out within approximately 5 working days from receipt of the returned goods, only if, following the verification carried out by the Seller, the Products are indeed intact, unused, undamaged, complete and in their original packaging. The timing of the refund may vary depending on the payment circuit used.
EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
· the Product has been personalised or made according to the Customer's specific requests;
· the Product has been opened and/or even partially consumed;
· the Product has been improperly stored by the Customer after receipt, thereby altering its value;
· in the other cases provided for by art. 59 of the Codice del Consumo.
