Shipments are made via express courier.
For shipments within Italy, delivery is generally guaranteed within 5 working days from the order confirmation date.
The delivery times indicated above may vary during periods of particularly high operational intensity, such as Black Friday, the Christmas holidays, the Ferragosto week, as well as in the event of transport strikes, force majeure events, or other circumstances not attributable to the Seller.
The estimated delivery times for EU countries depend on the destination country. To receive an estimate of delivery times, please write to servizioclienti@feudi.it.
Upon shipment, the Customer will receive a notification containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
The Seller shall not be liable for delays attributable to the courier or to circumstances beyond its control.
