Gulielmus is born from a 2-hectare vineyard in the highest areas of the Taurasi denomination, in the Baiano contrada of Castelfranci, where the soil is clayey loam and the vines, trained to unilateral guyot, were planted with buds gathered from the old pre-phylloxera vineyards.
