THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE VINE

The new wine estate – entirely organically managed – draws on significant research into traditional vine-growing and winemaking techniques, carried out in collaboration with Prof. Attilio Scienza of the University of Milan, while also benefiting from the well-established agronomic expertise of Feudi di San Gregorio and its production manager Pierpaolo Sirch, an internationally renowned agronomist.
